Amazon is looking for a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice who will create impact through leadership. This apprenticeship allows you to earn a fully funded degree while gaining real‑world management experience across a 30‑month fixed‑term contract.
What You’ll Do

- Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.

- Manage projects to achieve defined objectives and timelines.

Business Insight and Continuous Improvement
- Analyse business data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Track and report on departmental metrics to support management decisions.

- Promote ethical business practices and sustainable performance.
A Day in the Life
- Manage and support a team to deliver daily performance goals.
- Coach team members and conduct development discussions.
- Analyse data to identify trends and inform operational improvements.
- Participate in planning meetings to align goals and priorities.
- Manage workflow, resource planning and time‑critical projects.
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and drive innovation.
- Balance studies with real‑world application, dedicating 20% of time to degree learning.
- Apply new management theories to solve everyday operational challenges.
About the Team
You’ll work in one of our operational sites – the heart of Amazon’s customer experience – leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. Our operations range from fulfilment centres and delivery stations to corporate support teams, providing unique opportunities to learn, lead and deliver results. While you’ll be placed within a specific site, you’ll collaborate with leaders across Amazon’s network.
Basic Qualifications
- UK national, a non‑UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status in the UK.
- Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship (September 2026).
- Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2029.
- Resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
- Not registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later.
- Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026).
- Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade or above including Maths and English.
- Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience, including overseeing projects, operations, budgets or teams.
- Have a Statement of Comparability if qualifications were obtained outside the UK.
- Qualifications reviewed for funding eligibility; offers subject to funding approval.
- This apprenticeship assumes little or no knowledge of the occupation.
