Amazon is looking for a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice who will create impact through leadership. This apprenticeship allows you to earn a fully funded degree while gaining real‑world management experience across a 30‑month fixed‑term contract.

About the Team

You’ll work in one of our operational sites – the heart of Amazon’s customer experience – leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. Our operations range from fulfilment centres and delivery stations to corporate support teams, providing unique opportunities to learn, lead and deliver results. While you’ll be placed within a specific site, you’ll collaborate with leaders across Amazon’s network.

Basic Qualifications

• UK national, a non‑UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status in the UK.
• Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship (September 2026).
• Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2029.
• Resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
• Not registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later.
• Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026).
• Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade or above including Maths and English.
• Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience, including overseeing projects, operations, budgets or teams.
• Have a Statement of Comparability if qualifications were obtained outside the UK.
• Qualifications reviewed for funding eligibility; offers subject to funding approval.
• This apprenticeship assumes little or no knowledge of the occupation.
