Job Description:

What challenges can you expect?

• Supervision of general accounting and monthly and year-end closings. Balance sheet account reconciliation;
• Weekly and monthly reporting to HQ (sales, cash flow, P&L and closing balance sheet);
• Preparation of statutory financial statements according to Italian GAAP, including Notes to the Financial Statements and Management Report. Operational support for corporate compliance (Board and Shareholders' meeting minutes);
• Management of relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and external authorities;
• Oversight of tax deadlines and compliance obligations;
• Operational coordination of the administrative team (3 people);
• Support to the Finance Manager in monthly reporting and project-based activities;
• Treasury management;
• Inventory accounting for statutory and tax purposes;
• Fixed asset management;
• Monitoring of customer contracts and calculation of sales-based bonuses;
• Management of professional compensation certifications;
• Insurance management;
• Contribution to the optimization and digitalization of administrative processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Degree in Economics or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience in an auditing firm;
• Good English for communication with HQ;
• At least 3 years of experience in administration and statutory reporting in industrial settings;
• Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and expertise in preparing statutory financial statements;
• Ability to gain team trust, support the team technically and guide them through change;
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach;
• Willingness to share knowledge and best practices into the team and cross functions;
