PRIMARY FUNCTION

  • Engineering reference into Platform multi-department team about Product Improvement Stream (Quality, Cost Reduction, PhaseOut).
  • Main reference into Engineering department for related projects, leading these projects internally the department


ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES

  • Representation of Engineering into different departments discussions
  • Engineering configuration of the projects, taking care of scope, time and cost from Product development departments
  • Root cause analysis identification
  • Present and defend Engineering's overview, costs and impacts for project approval
  • Communicating the requested target for each project to involved engineers
  • Supervising every phase of the development process until all Engineering deliverables are fulfilled
  • Reporting about project status


REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of managing interdepartmental projects (requested)
  • Automotive sector experience (highly valuable): 3 years minimum
  • Project management, or global process development, experience (valuable)
  • Experience on workshops or production lines (valuable)
  • Experience on supplier's management (valuable)
  • Language Skills: English Fluent


DIGITAL SKILLS

  • Team center PLM (requested)
  • CATIA V5 (highly valuable)
