Main responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations at the Group level, strategic planning, commercial performance; including controlling, accounting, cash management
• Financial reporting and compliance, oversight of forecasting and reporting with group policies. Manage and implement actions after internal and external audits.
• Manage ongoing transformation projects in alignment with the Group’s strategic roadmap.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and contribute to business decision‑making processes with strong stakeholder management.
• Supervise monthly closings, budget processes, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.

Profile

• 10–20 years of professional experience in finance leadership roles.
• Track record in companies with revenues between EUR 100M and EUR 1B.
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards, governance and financial structuring.
• Exposure to industrial environments is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strategic and operational finance leadership.
• Hands‑on mindset in scaling and structuring environments.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in multicultural and fast‑growing contexts.
