Partner COO – PBSA & Co-Living Platform

We're building a community, not just a platform.

At the heart of our new PBSA venture is a simple belief: when students feel at home, everything else follows. We're looking for a Partner COO who gets this — someone who sees operations not as an end in itself, but as the foundation for genuine human connection.

This role is for a community builder first. Someone who wakes up thinking about how to make 200 students feel seen, supported, and part of something. You understand that a well-designed common space, a thoughtful event, or a simple check-in can change someone's entire experience of living away from home for the first time.

You'll partner with an experienced PBSA & co-living CEO to build an OpCo where wellbeing is the metric that matters most — and where operational excellence exists to serve the people living in our spaces, not the other way around.

You might be the right fit if:

• You have hands-on experience in student housing or co-living — this is essential
• You lead with empathy and build trust naturally, with residents and teams alike
• You know how to create communities that actually feel like communities
• You're entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energised by building from scratch
