For our important client, a leader in the Luxury sector, we are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive business growth through innovative marketing, strategic relationship building, and impactful outreach.
The CMO will play a vital role in the company’s expansion, overseeing the overall marketing strategy and cultivating the public image to gain market share and inspire customer confidence. The role demands leadership over a team of marketing professionals and collaboration to select the most profitable marketing channels, curate compelling brand stories, and analyze revenue sources to maximize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive global marketing plan aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, market share, and customer lifetime value across all geographies.
- Design and lead global brand strategy, ensuring consistency of voice, visual identity, and brand values across all touchpoints and markets.
- Oversee the development and execution of E-commerce strategies, in collaboration with IT and external digital partners.
- Lead all digital marketing efforts including Inbound/Outbound, SEO, CRM, Retargeting, Social Media, Newsletters, and Content Marketing.
- Monitor marketing ROI, costs, and performance analytics, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Supervise brand content creation for marketing campaigns (home page, banners, landing pages, special galleries, newsletter graphics).
- Develop and monitor CRM strategies, customer profiling, and personalized clienteling programs supported by AI and data insights.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor positioning to inform brand strategy and identify business opportunities.
- Guide media planning and public relations strategies to ensure premium visibility and reinforce the company’s reputation.
- Champion internal corporate communication and employer branding initiatives to align teams with company values and culture.
- Set and manage the annual marketing budget, defining objectives, tools, and KPIs.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, supporting the development and upskilling of internal talent.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing projects.
- Participate actively in executive and strategic planning meetings, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
- Represent the company at industry events and establish strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive luxury brand storytelling through curated, high-impact content and experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage and values.
- Establish and track brand equity KPIs to measure awareness, perception, advocacy, and customer sentiment.
- Promote sustainability communication and corporate social responsibility storytelling as strategic levers for brand trust and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure excellence in influencer, KOL, and celebrity partnerships, selecting collaborations aligned with brand DNA and long-term value creation.
- Serve as brand guardian, ensuring every customer-facing initiative is aligned with the brand promise and strengthens brand equity.
- Advise the CEO and Board on emerging marketing trends and innovation opportunities that could transform the business or consumer relationships.
- Support the CEO and C-Level peers in M&A or market entry strategy by providing brand and customer impact analysis.
- Launch and scale VIP customer programs, loyalty initiatives, and high-touch experiences aimed at building long-term emotional engagement.
- Define global media strategy (traditional and digital), optimizing media mix and investments for brand positioning and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with media organizations and seek opportunities to speak as an industry expert.
- Guarantee correct and effective internal communication to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and workgroups with the management team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, including 5–7 years in international roles in the Luxury sector.
- Proven track record in brand building, digital transformation, and customer strategy.
- Hands-on experience with E-commerce, CRM, and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.
- Availability for international travel and global coordination responsibilities.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, Italian, Mandarin) is a plus.
