Windsor.ai is a data integration and analytics platform that helps companies connect marketing, product, and business data into a single source of truth.
Mission
Own Windsor.ai’s marketing strategy end-to-end. Drive sustainable, high-quality growth in signups and revenue, build a clear and credible brand in high-value markets (US & Europe), and ensure marketing decisions are measurable, data-driven, and business-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Define positioning, narrative, and value propositions.
- Translate product to clear messaging for ICPs.
- Ensure brand consistency across website, content, ads, and partnerships.
- Growth & Channel Ownership
- Own global marketing plan across Google Ads, SEO, US-based influencers, PR & linkbuilding.
- Decide investments, optimizations, stops based on performance data.
- Data, Measurement & Decision-Making
- Own core marketing metrics: CAC, ARPU, LTV, churn, retention.
- Improve visibility into signups and revenue sources.
- Build & maintain dashboards (GA4, Looker, internal BI, Amplitude).
- Make confident decisions in imperfect data environments.
- Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead a lean, distributed team of freelancers and specialists.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on onboarding, templates, positioning.
- Set clear priorities and keep team focused on impact.
- Experimentation & Continuous Improvement
- Design & run structured marketing experiments.
- Improve onboarding & early activation to reduce churn.
- Turn insights into actions quickly and pragmatically.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth roles.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data and metrics.
- Experience managing multiple acquisition channels.
- Ability to communicate complex products simply and compellingly.
- Business-oriented thinking, focusing on revenue impact.
- Nice to haves
- Background in analytics, BI, data platforms or technical products.
- Experience scaling SEO in competitive environments.
- Familiarity with attribution models and marketing operations.
- Experience working in remote, async teams.
