As Chief Operating Officer you will lead the company’s operational engine to deliver growth, quality, and efficiency. You will manage a ~150-strong organization across a nationwide network, ensuring seamless integration of Operations, Service, Logistics, Branches, Sales, and Customer Service. You will drive process optimization, performance management, and organizational development while partnering with ownership on growth initiatives and potential acquisitions. Your field presence and cross-functional leadership will sustain the company’s proven, customer-centric model and international expansion efforts.

• Lead and consolidate operational activities to meet business, quality, and efficiency targets
• Manage and develop a nationwide organization of ~150 employees and a broad commercial network
• Coordinate across Operations, Service, Logistics, Branches, Sales, and Customer Service
• Monitor processes, planning tools, and performance systems; drive optimization
• Support organizational development and strengthen managerial capabilities
• Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives and growth projects, including potential M&A
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operations and support sustainable growth
• Maintain strong field presence, engaging with employees, customers, and operations teams
• Experience as COO, General Manager, or Operations Director in entrepreneurial, operation-heavy environments
• Strong background in B2B services with recurring-revenue models is preferred
• Proven ability to manage Operations, Supply Chain, and commercial organizations in a coordinated manner
• Experience with ownership/private equity involvement is a plus
• Track record in managing people, processes, and financial/operational performance
• Results-oriented, pragmatic, and capable of leading change while preserving culture and values
• Authoritative leadership with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus
• Willingness to maintain on-site presence at HQ and travel across Italy
