As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a vital member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the company’s daily business operations and procedures. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the General Manager, the COO will ensure operational efficiency, implement effective business strategies, and drive organizational performance in alignment with Saintpay’s vision and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities across all departments, ensuring seamless operations and service delivery.
- Monitor and enhance key operational processes and performance metrics to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing activities to ensure financial accountability and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and achieve short- and long-term business goals, aligning operational initiatives with overall company strategy.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business success.
- Direct the Operations Function, which includes the implementation, management, and control of all operational activities, encompassing client onboarding, monitoring, back office functions, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar position within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, performance metrics, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to executing business operations.
