Role We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.
Own technical direction and product architecture
Lead and grow the engineering team
Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems
Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications
Join a beta-ready platform with an existing technical team to coordinate, scale, and evolve
Hands-on experience shipping and operating a B2B SaaS product in production
Hands-on engineering leadership: writes production code, performs code reviews, and drives architectural decisions

Milan-based preferred (2–3 days/week hybrid)
