Chimico | CTF - R&D Laboratory Manager

Siamo alla ricerca di un R&D Laboratory Lead per un nostro cliente, settore Medicale, con Laurea in Chimica o in CTF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Support the product development with V&V testing activities ensuring that products meet the expected quality and safety standards
• R&D Projects: Oversee the development of new devices and the lifecycle mgm of the existing portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for testing
• Lab management : Ensure the implementation and continuous management of processes for equipment maintenance, calibration and safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, and quality departments, to align development efforts with company goals.
• Resource Management: Manage the Lab budget and monitoring workload keep the expenses aligned to the expectations
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and ensure all activities comply with these standards.

What Are We Looking For:

• Bachelor or advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in fields like chemistry, pharmaceuticals or biochemistry
• Consolidated experience (at least 3 years) in pharma or medical devices R&D
• Experience in lab management, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Strong knowledge of research methods and data analysis.
• Familiarity with software for data analysis and project management
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Experience in budget management and tasks planning.
• Up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for EU and US
• Excellent soft skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in the international environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for preparing reports and collaborating with international teams.
