Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and strategies, providing strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to understand business needs and provide strategic HR advice and solutions.
- Take charge of talent management and performance management, including recruitment, selection, development, and retention of high-quality employees.
- Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs to facilitate employee growth and motivation.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Provide employee training and development plans to support career growth and continuing education.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations and maintain best practices.
- Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient execution of their functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
