Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during feasibility and bidding phase / commercial proposal development
- Provide technical support during execution in all phases of the project
- Perform technical tasks related to civil & structural engineering about reinforced concrete, structural concrete/steel/pre-cast buildings and relevant foundations; technical/design specification preparation; design, verification and checking activities, in order to ensure compliance with project requirements in terms of budget, time schedule and quality standards
- Monitor and control manhour consumption
- Timely management of change orders and variances from the scope of work
- Knowledge of 3D model environments
- Interface with the other discipline Specialists to gather information and coordinate activities performed inside or outside the company
- Gather and provide record of experiences to improve and harmonize work methodologies
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree / bachelor’s degree in Civil & structural Engineering or similar qualification
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in the Civil & Structural Design field of engineering design preferably applied to the Oil & Gas plant sector and/or FPSO carried out within structured engineering companies.
- Languages: Italian (minimum C1), English (minimum B2)
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the main international standards, codes and regulations and ability to analyse project requirements in terms of local regulations and identify appropriate actions to be implemented
- Knowledge of calculation methods for the design of foundations, concrete works, concrete and steel structures
- Knowledge of construction materials and tests aimed at the knowledge of their characteristic
