We Are Hiring:

Experienced Civil Engineers with relevant academic qualifications and work experience in construction, infrastructure, and structural projects are invited to apply for exciting job opportunities in Malta and Italy.

Terms & Conditions

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Subject to employer’s job policy)
• Leave: Sundays + 24 holidays annually (Subject to employer’s job policy)
• Overtime: As per employer’s job policy
• Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable)
• Visa Type: Long-stay “D” Visa
• Visa Processing Time: Approximately 6 months
• Service Charge: Payable only after VISA

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage construction and civil infrastructure projects
• Conduct structural analysis, site inspections, and project evaluations
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with Maltese/EU building codes, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards
• Monitor costs, materials, and procurement processes
• Resolve engineering issues and implement project improvements
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders and management
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times
• Support project delivery from concept through execution and completion

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Skills Required: Teaching/ Training, Risk Management, Industrial & Production Engineering, Leadership and teamwork, Worker Management, Civil Construction works, Multilingual, Consistent Performer, Problem solving and multi tasking skill, Intercultural Cooperation

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Technical Infrastructure

Language Requirements:

• Minimum English Language Level B1
• Italian language skills are a plus
