Civil Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our project in Mozambique. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing EPC projects with high-demand international clients. The selected professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all project activities to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and financial targets. This includes coordinating internal teams, third-party contractors, JV partners, and consultants to deliver complex projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from engineering to construction and close-out
• Define and control Project Driving Quantities (PDQ)
• Develop execution strategies
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, and Security standards
• Manage HSE, Quality, Organization, and Risk Mitigation Plans
• Supervise planning and scheduling
• Manage relationships with demanding international clients
• Oversee contract management, claims, and variations typical of EPC projects
• Ensure project profitability (cost/revenue control)
• Lead multidisciplinary teams

Requiremen ts:

• 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager in EPC projects
• Proven track record in EPC projects, ideally within complex international environments and with high-demand clients
• Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in international environments
• Fluent English required (Portuguese is a plus)

Work rotation: 60 days on / 15 days off

Project site: Mozambique – Afungi site

Administrative base: Parma, Italy
