Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A., a law firm with offices in South Carolina and Georgia, is seeking a Civil Trial Attorney to join our Florence office. Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years insurance defense litigation experience, including first-chair courtroom litigation
• Ability to strategize defense litigation, formulate litigation plans, budget costs, evaluate exposures, and a good working knowledge of South Carolina substantive and procedural law and federal procedural rules
• Highly motivated with strong academic credentials, analytical skills, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Customer focus and client relation skills
• Proven case analysis ability and negotiation skills
