As a Client Advisor Intern , you will support the delivery of a refined client experience while immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique and developing key retail and clienteling skills.
Job responsibilities
Your role will be:
- Supporting the client experience by contributing to the creation of memorable and personalized interactions.
- Assisting in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities (follow-up, communication, and clienteling).
- Supporting product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections.
- Welcoming and greeting clients as the first point of contact: identifying needs and directing them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and gifting.
- Working collaboratively as part of the team and contributing to daily store operations.
- Supporting Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of in-store events.
- Supporting inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
- Contributing to the achievement of individual and store objectives.
- Adhering to company policies and standards, including professional image and conduct.
