The part you’ll play We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Client Advisor ( part-time, 24 hours per week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday )
to join our team in
Milan Woman Monte Napoleone Store, starting from August 1st . In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and client advising, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.
Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision. Partner closely with store management to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.
What you’ll bring Previous experience in stock management or a similar back-office role, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving A
previous experience as a client advisor
in fashion retail will be considered a plus Proficiency in Italian and English; any additional languages is a strong advantage
Compensation & Benefit Gross range salary: €25.000 - €27.000 (to be prorated on the actual working hours) 6-month fixed-term contract Ticket restaurant provided Incentive Plan Employee Discount Program
