CLIENT ADVISOR (M/W)
A TAG Heuer Client Advisor is a performance-driven salesperson who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through selling techniques and collaboration. Plays a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving the objectives by working on his/her own KPIs, always delivering memorable experiences and services in store. Supports colleagues and other team members in the boutique.
A client development specialist who leverages all available resources to build long‑lasting personal connections with clients. Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and out of the boutique. Achieves individual clienteling objectives leveraging all tools provided, ensuring qualitative client data collection and leveraging the data to address clients in a personally relevant way.
An active contributor to operations excellence who respects retail & administrative processes on the floor. Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of the boutique management, leveraging all tools, and applying rigorously all grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Hard Skills
- Knowledge of luxury retail environment (minimum 2 years experience)
- Selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling objections, sales closing, etc.
- Understanding of sales KPIs
- Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs
- Knowledge of digital tools
- Knowledge and interest in Brand DNA, history, and collections
