About this OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced leader to own and grow the BOS (Business & Operational Support System) portfolio end‑to‑end. In this role you will provide leadership to support the customers defining their BSS/OSS strategy, position our BOS solutions vs. competition, coordinate and support business development and presales activities in alignment with Account Managers, Domain Sales Manager, Head of Service Delivery, increase up‑sell and cross‑sell, and strengthen long‑term customer value. You will be the primary point of contact for senior clients and will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.As a key stakeholder in the success of the BOS strategy in Italy, you will demonstrate a strong ability to lead change, drive innovation and accelerate efficiency, automation and digitalization.This position is located in Rome, Italy and reports to the Head of CSS CU South Europe.What you will doDrive growth of the BOS portfolio in Italy beyond flow business, with a strong focus on strategic expansion.Hold end‑to‑end responsibility for the complete BOS portfolio, leading the strategy, positioning, and presales execution of BOS products and services.Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and C‑level executives, addressing their business and operational challenges through Ericsson’s BOS solutions.Support the commercial strategy for all BOS‑related deals within assigned accounts, aligned with Business Area directives.Lead customer roadmap engagement and attack planning, including increased focus on up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.Manage the full customer lifecycle, including continuous expansion of footprint and wallet share.Focus on key strategic accounts in Italy, with primary emphasis on TIM.Encourage and inspire cross‑functional teams to collaborate and deliver results as One Ericsson.To be successful in the role, you must haveEstablished relationships with senior executives (VP, CIO, C‑level) within major telecom operators.10+ years of experience in BSS/OSS, presales and delivery with focus on BSS/Charging solutions.Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into differentiated solutions and negotiate win‑win outcomes.Proven value‑based selling capability, articulating business impact to C‑level audiences using reference cases and appropriate commercial models.A proactive, data‑driven sales approach, engaging customers early by leveraging insights from operator architectures and industry trends.Solid understanding of telecom industry trends and the BOS portfolio, including monetization and operational support systems.A proven track record of success in cloud, monetization, and digital transformation‑related sales.Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex, cross‑functional, and matrixed organization.University degree in Engineering, ICT, or a related field.Fluent Italian.Why join EricssonAt Ericsson you’ll have an outstanding opportunity to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
