We have been licensing Kraken for over 4 years now, transforming businesses by moving their customer base to our Kraken platform and changing their operating models and ways of working. Our team has led industry-leading migrations, setting new standards for business transformation.

You will join the client delivery team supporting European clients through their technology transformation journeys, focusing on long-term migration projects.

The Client Delivery Lead manages a tech domain (billing, finance, communications, etc.) for client projects, either migrating onto our Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements. They collaborate with Kraken’s technology and operational teams and the client to deliver results.

  • Senior Client Delivery Lead
  • Understand how Kraken works, analyze client problems or requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities. Bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements. Support clients in adopting Kraken’s ways of working, working closely with product managers and developers to facilitate development needs and act as a bridge to the client.
  • Responsibilities include managing client relationships, being the first contact for tech development and issue resolution, maintaining knowledge of Kraken’s platform, triaging requests, communicating priorities, summarizing client needs, supporting product development, and encouraging continuous iteration and deployment.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. It is based in Europe, with projects potentially managed from any country, and travel is expected.
