Client Development Assistant Internship
Christian Dior Couture, Montenapoleone boutique in Milan. The intern will report directly to the Client Development Manager and support the team in client development, CRM, and clienteling activities.
Job Responsibilities Clients Database Management
Support the update and proper maintenance of the clients database.
Check the accuracy of the information in the system.
Help identify and manage duplicate records.
Follow-up and Client Activity Coordination
Support the monitoring of client follow-up actions.
Work with the boutique team to ensure proper progress of client follow-up activities.
Support the team during clienteling activities.
Support to CRM Activities
Help plan and manage CRM initiatives dedicated to clients.
Support the monitoring of activity results and the correct execution of processes in the boutique.
Events and Commercial Animations
Support the definition of target lists for events and client initiatives.
Monitor contact campaigns carried out in the boutique.
Help track attendance and post-event follow-up activities, with the aim of maximizing results.
OTOs Campaigns
Support the organization and monitoring of OTOs campaigns in the boutique.
Client Treatments and Dedicated Initiatives
Support the team in client segmentation and target selection.
Assist with the invitation process and the monitoring of results for initiatives promoted by HQ.
Help collect proposals and provide organizational support for local client initiatives.
Support the team in ensuring a high-level service in the boutique, especially contributing to the experience dedicated to VIP clients.
Reporting and Analysis
Support the weekly sharing of data and objectives related to local clients.
Contribute to the monthly analysis of dashboards and key KPIs related to client development activities.
Profile What you can bring
Degree or academic background in economics, marketing, communication, or related fields.
Strong interest in the luxury, retail, and customer experience environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Excel and confidence with data analysis.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proactive approach, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good knowledge of English.
Additional information:
Availability for a full time internship (40 hours per week, 5 days)
