What You’ll Do:
- Learn to run a 180° recruitment desk from the ground up.
- Build and manage relationships with professionals and companies across the Finance & Legal industries.
- Become a trusted consultant to clients and candidates in Malta.
- Own your wins and grow your career — and your income — fast.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–5 years as: Customer Success Manager, Customer Engagement Specialist, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Retention Manager, Customer Support Representative, Customer Care Advisor, Account Executive, Partner Success Manager or similar
- Strong people skills, solution-oriented mindset, and motivation to succeed
- Ready to leave repetitive tasks behind and take ownership of your growth
- EU passport or right to work in Malta
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not essential
