We are looking for a highly motivated, well-connected, and commercial Client Partner to join our dedicated X (formerly Twitter) team in Italy .

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales & New Business Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, outreach, pitching, high-level negotiations, and onboarding new advertisers to X.
  • Be the Platform Evangelist: Position X as a strategic growth and brand-building channel through market education, presentations, and dynamic client workshops.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Forge and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with top-tier media agencies and direct advertisers across the Italian market.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively hunt for new clients while maintaining accurate pipeline, revenue forecasting, and activity tracking in our CRM tools.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work with internal Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) to ensure your clients\' strategies are executed flawlessly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor0s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a proactive sales role (advertising, media sales, digital, tech, or new business development).
  • Native or full professional fluency in Italian, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals: prospecting, objection handling, pipeline management, and closing.
  • A proactive, doer e9 attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem in Italy, with an existing, active network of media agencies and direct advertisers.
  • A passion for X (Twitter) and a genuine curiosity for the future of social media, real-time marketing, and digital trends.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive digital landscape.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building things in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
