Overview
At dentsu we are looking for a Client Service Director to join our team in Milan.
Responsibilities
- Client Management and Relationship Building: Foster senior-level relationships, promoting trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership and Development: Coordinate and motivate the team, encouraging growth, cross-functional collaboration (creative, media, CXM), and an open teaming approach.
- Business Growth: Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities, offering integrated and high-value solutions.
- Strategic Vision and Innovation: Translate strategies into concrete projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective and relevant solutions for clients.
- Sustainability and Social Impact: Propose and develop projects that contribute to inclusivity, responsibility, and the common good, aligned with Dentsu Creative\'s role as a Benefit Corporation, in sinergy with DEI team.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure quality and precision in delivery, with attention to detail and care in execution.
- Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion: Promote an open and inclusive environment, valuing the perspectives of all talents.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, profitability, and margins, ensuring economic sustainability.
- Network Representation: Embody the values of Dentsu Creative and the Dentsu Group, acting as an internal and external ambassador.
Requirements
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in client management within integrated agency environments.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and ability to orchestrate horizontal collaboration.
- Strong orientation toward business development and client growth.
- Sensitivity to sustainability, inclusion, and social responsibility topics.
- Strategic vision combined with operational rigor and a results-driven mindset.
