Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you generate high-quality clinical pathology data to support safety assessment of nonclinical drug candidates. You perform analyses across hematology, clinical chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and immune phenotyping, and you set up multicolor flow cytometry panels. You will calibrate and troubleshoot instruments and review data to ensure compliance, collaborating with scientists to deliver timely results. This position is part of a diverse Healthcare team focused on improving patient outcomes and advancing science.
Annual base salary (RAL) 32,980 – 38,000

Set up and validate multicolor flow cytometric panels for immunophenotyping
Handle instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Review analytical data for compliance and collaborate with scientists to deliver study results
Degree in biology or biotechnology
Hands‑on experience with flow cytometer operation
Skilled in instrument compensation, acquisition, and analysis
Experience in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or CRO labs
Strong attention to detail and data quality
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Team-oriented with effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration
