Experteer Overview
In this Clinical Trial Manager role, you will oversee day-to-day trial operations within our Milan team, ensuring compliance and delivery of study milestones. You will act as the primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and guide cross-functional teams through protocol and deliverables. You’ll apply your therapeutic area knowledge to manage risks, vendors, and site quality, contributing to efficient phase 1–4 trials. This position offers remote flexibility after probation and a strong path for professional growth within a globally recognized CRO.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day trial operations per contract and regulatory standards
- Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and deliverables
- Maintain deep knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
- Provide cross‑functional oversight and ensure project‑specific training
- Review and input on study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final report
- Develop operational project plans and manage risk
- Oversee study vendor management
- Manage site quality and supervise CRCs and monitoring deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science‑related field
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience
- CRO experience preferred
- Experience in Phases 1‑4 (Phases 2‑3 preferred)
- Management of overall project timeline
- Bid defense experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
