Assist and support our clients and partners by providing them with technical assistance, knowledge transfer, consulting services about cloud architecture and migration, to enable their rapid adoption and deployment of resilient optimally-sized OVHcloud solutions.

Your main responsibilitie

• sSupport customer migrations to OVHcloud by issuing target architecture and documenting technical migration strategies
• .Manage cloud infrastructure migration/upgrade, and provide multi-domain design recommendations based on technical assessment
• .Ensure projects are implemented in accordance with client expectations
• .Deliver technical training to partners and clients regarding OVHcloud offerings
• .Assess client needs and provide workload estimates along with detailed project descriptions
• .Manage complex client issues involving virtualization, networking, security, load balancing, scaling, and automation
