Job Title: Telco Cloud Consultant (Java Developer)

Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy

Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑Time


Role Summary


We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer with experience in Telco Cloud environments to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile setup.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications in a cloud/telco environment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
  • Ensure high levels of performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, especially in Telco Cloud.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong experience in Java development (Java 8 or above).
  • Experience with frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot / Microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to Telco Cloud technologies (e.g., NFV, SDN, Kubernetes, OpenStack).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


Nice to Have


  • Experience in telecom domain (OSS/BSS).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
