Responsibilities

• Dare technical support for the services offered by the company;
• Reach targets of efficiency and stability of CloudFire services;
• Demonstrate effectiveness in prevention and troubleshooting in client/server computer architectures;
• Managing the relationship with the customer;
• You will be asked dynamism and flexibility in analyzing problems and requests, which through consistency and training will become your main characteristics.

Qualifications

We are interested in knowing profiles and talents regardless of their level, from Junior to Senior.

• Knowledge of Windows Client/Server operating systems with Active Directory and Terminal Server roles;
• Basic knowledge Linux server operating systems (Debian, Suse, Ubuntu and others);
• Basic knowledge of Virtualization environments;
• Basic knowledge of application servers, databases (MySQL and SQL Server) and physical/virtual infrastructure backup;
• Operating bases in the networking field (Routing, Subnetting, VLAN, DNS, VPN, firewall);
• Decent knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers, even on virtualization and cloud platforms;
• Ability to administer and maintain workstation hardware and software, internal and perimeter network infrastructure, to be carried out both remotely and on-site at the customer\'s premises;
• IT/Scientific Diploma or degree and minimum experience in the IT sector;
