As Cluster Account Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My key role is to drive the right business at the right price to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement the APAC sales strategy to increase revenue, attract new business opportunities, and manage key commercial partnerships across luxury and corporate segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑value APAC accounts, monitor performance, and ensure effective planning and forecasting.
  • Represent the cluster across APAC through sales trips, trade events, client meetings, and presentations while promoting the Six Senses brand values and guest experience.
  • Work closely with internal departments and global teams to maximize sales performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and share market insights.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, maintain accurate account information in internal systems, and monitor the return on investment of sales activities and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort sales, preferable strong exposure to the Asia Pacific market.
  • Proven track record in account management and revenue generation for high‑end leisure destinations.
  • Strong understanding of luxury travel distribution, consortia, and wholesale channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; working proficiency in Italian is desirable, any other language is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Eligible to work in Italy.

Preferred

  • Experience working with multi‑property or cluster sales structures.
  • Familiarity with Six Senses, IHG Luxury & Lifestyle, or similar ultra‑luxury brands.
  • Strong sustainability mindset and alignment with wellbeing‑focused hospitality.
  • Culturally sensitive, relationship‑driven, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results oriented.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
  • Passionate about luxury travel, wellness, and sustainable hospitality.
