Co-Founder, B2B Growth & Partnerships

Linket is an innovative startup developing connected IoT solutions for the e-bike industry. Our technology combines smart hardware, cloud services and mobile applications to provide GPS tracking, anti-theft protection, remote diagnostics, telemetry and fleet management.

We are looking for a Business Development Co-Founder to help transform current opportunities into pilot projects and long-term commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop Linket’s commercial strategy.
• Identify and contact e-bike manufacturers, fleet operators and technology partners.
• Manage leads, meetings and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals and support negotiations.
• Represent Linket at exhibitions and industry events.
• Work closely with the technical team to translate customer needs into solutions.

Ideal profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships.
• Interest or experience in e-bikes, mobility, IoT or technology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; Italian is strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to actively contribute to building an early-stage startup.
