We’re looking for a Commercial Lending Servicing Specialist to manage and improve our accounts receivable processes. This role is ideal for someone with a finance or accounting background who is eager to work with advanced tools like SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable tasks.
  • Handle cash allocations, direct debits, and payments.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Management, Trade Finance, and other teams to address requests.
  • Manage contracts, invoices, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Meet deadlines for monthly closings and projects.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and provide required reports.
  • Ensure all activities follow company policies.
  • Prepare for audits with the necessary documentation.
  • Present performance data in regular meetings with stakeholders.
  • Support the Commercial Lending team in collections and managing overdue accounts.

Business Support

  • Work daily with SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI and RPA to streamline processes and enhance reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Suggest efficiency enhancements.
  • Train dealers to use our Dealer Portal effectively.
  • Share system and process knowledge with the team.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Maintain good cooperation with dealers, customers, and internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar through experience.
  • Financial or accounting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
  • Experience with SAP is helpful.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English & German is mandatory. (At least) one additional European language as a plus.
  • Proactive and open to change, with a focus on efficiency and digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
