Cushman & Wakefield, one of the global leaders in real estate services, is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join the Asset Services Department.
The resource will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Property Management team in the operational and strategic management of the clients' portfolio of properties (Funds, SGRs, etc.), mainly for office buildings.
Role Purpose
To deliver comprehensive commercial property management services to a broad property portfolio in Asset Services.
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the commercial management of properties in the portfolio in accordance with the Management Agreements.
The Property Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including handling tenant complaints and service requests, and must be familiar with tenant lease terms.
Additionally, the Commercial Property Manager assists in preparing annual budgets, reporting, and monitoring financial performance.
The role also includes supporting management in implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure buildings are well-maintained, tenant needs are addressed, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Clients & Business Development
- Leverage and own the property management services offered to clients.
- Create value for the client’s portfolio proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with clients and third-party stakeholders.
- Adopt a client-centric approach to service delivery.
- Gather and act on client feedback to improve services.
- Maintain industry knowledge and develop external networks for new opportunities.
- Day to day Business
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring excellent service and prompt response to requests.
- Conduct periodic property inspections for compliance and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate property and lease files.
- Assist with tenant onboarding and property management planning.
- Support the production of reports, budgets, and benchmarking data.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain property information databases.
- Operations and Risk
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and risk guidelines.
- Profits & Finance
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimize expenses.
- Support departmental sales, billing, and profit targets.

- Manage internal relationships and promote effective teamwork.
