Adecco Italia Spa is looking for Sales Assistants for Mondo Convenienza, a leading company in the furniture sector, highly motivated with a great passion for the Retail and furniture world.
Responsibilities
Welcoming and supporting customers in identifying the right furniture solution
Designing the desired environment using 3CAD software
Proposing adequate services to the customer, facilitating them in the initial phase of the shopping experience through payment and/or financing
Collaborating with the entire team, demonstrating an orientation towards learning and achieving set goals
Ensuring that the exhibition space is constantly tidy and organized, guaranteeing company standards
Qualifications The ideal candidate has a Diploma and/or Degree, preferably with previous experience in assisted sales. Knowledge of design software is a preferential title. Listening and organizational skills, dynamism, flexibility, attention to detail and aesthetic taste complete the profile.
Contract and Availability An initial part-time 20/24-hour morning/afternoon temporary contract is offered, which includes a period of both theoretical and practical, paid part-time training lasting 5/6 weeks. Classification: 5th Level CCNL Commercio. Continuous updates will be provided aimed at ensuring constant professional development aimed at contractual stabilization. Availability: Full Time, Part Time morning, Part Time afternoon.
