Job Overview
Randstad Italia S.p.A. is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused person to join our client in the GDO sector. The role is COMMESSO SETTORE GDO based in CASTIGLIONE DELLE STIVIERE (MN).
Key Details
Type: Fixed‑term temporary contract under the CCNL del commercio.
Work hours: Full‑time or part‑time as required by the store.
Schedule: Monday through Sunday with one weekly rest day on a rotating shift.
Location: Castiglione delle Stiviere, Italy.
Salary: €22,000 – €28,000 per year, based on experience.
Responsibilities Assist customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, operating the cash register and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
One year of experience in sales and direct customer service, especially in GDO and retail.
Proficiency in cash handling.
Strong customer orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Immediate availability and flexibility to work on holidays and weekends.
