The Role
We are currently looking for a Communication & Sustainability Analyst to join our team at our HQ in Adro (BS).
The role will support the development and implementation of communication and sustainability initiatives, contributing to sustainability reporting activities, corporate communication projects, and sustainability-related assessments. Working closely with different departments and international plants, the position will help strengthen company communication, support sustainability data management and reporting processes, and promote company values through engaging and impactful initiatives.
The Day-To-Day
- Support internal and external communication activities across different corporate channels
- Contribute to sustainability projects and initiatives
- Support the collection, analysis, and management of sustainability data and documentation
- Collaborate on the preparation of the Sustainability Report and sustainability reporting activities
- Support the completion of sustainability questionnaires, customer sustainability assessments, and sustainability-related documentation
- Create presentations, reports, and corporate communication materials
- Support the organization of trade fairs, company events, and employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to content creation and updates for the company intranet and communication platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international plants on communication and sustainability-related activities
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in communication, sustainability, or related roles
- English B2 level
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva
- Familiarity with sustainability standards, reporting frameworks, or platforms (e.g., GRI, EcoVadis, CDP) is considered a plus
