In this role, you will lead reward and executive compensation projects for clients in Milan or Rome, shaping strategies and programs that support business objectives. You work closely with cross‑functional teams and C‑suite stakeholders to deliver high‑impact consulting services and guidance. You will manage complex projects, mentor colleagues, and develop innovative tools used across markets. • Manage client projects, including planning, budgeting and timelines using project management tools
• Engage with C‑suite executives to understand needs and provide strategic guidance
• Serve as independent project manager for complex modules and ensure budget adherence
• Prioritize workload and delegate tasks to analysts/associates
• Draft engagement letters, proposals and responses to RFPs; act as primary client contact
• Conduct client interviews, facilitate focus groups, and deliver training
• Prepare and review client presentations/reports with data‑driven conclusions
• Develop tools/templates for market competitiveness; capture and share intellectual capital across teams

Responsabilità

• Master Degree in Economics, Organisation, Management, Engineering or similar
• +10 years of experience in consulting or HR roles focused on Reward and Compensation
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
• Proven client‑facing experience with commercial responsibility and team leadership
• Track record of managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality consulting services
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high‑performing teams
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
