Scope of Responsibilities :

You will :

  • Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, covering issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
  • Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by :
  • Providing compliance advice to businesses and legal teams;
  • Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts;
  • Developing and conducting training on competition law issues.

    • Coordinate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, manage merger control filings worldwide, and respond to government inquiries.

    This role offers a dynamic, ever-changing work environment. Our legal department is fully virtual, making location flexible.

    • Qualifications :

    Legal Qualifications :

  • Law degree;
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer;
  • Eligibility to work in the specified country or obtain necessary credentials before start date.

    • Professional Skills :

  • Fluency in competition law, ethics programs, and best practices;
  • Knowledge of codes of conduct, ethics, compliance training, and core values;
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about ethics and compliance risks;
  • Ability to implement strategy and drive change;
  • Collaborative, methodical, and strategic problem-solver who adapts quickly;
  • Effective communicator in English at all organizational levels;
  • Sound judgment and task prioritization skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
