Compliance Intern

We’re FBK, the global leading Tender Management software company. We help Life Sciences & Healthcare organizations to unleash the potential of every Bid and Tender – and for that, we need to join us as a Compliance Intern.

The team:

You will join our Compliance & Quality Assurance team reporting directly to the Lead. You will have the opportunity to assess technology risks across the company, develop audit strategies to provide assurance, improve processes, and enable valuable outcomes. You will work closely with other functional departments within FBK.

The work you’ll do:

• Support in audit management
• Support in resource training management
• Support to compliance control activities
• Execution of control and monitoring activities
• Carrying out reporting activities and preparing dashboards
• Writing and reviewing documentation

The qualifications you need:

• Proficiency in Italian (mother tongue)
• English C1/B2
• MS Excel Intermediate
• MS Word Intermediate
• Aptitude for planning activities
• Aptitude for efficiency and achievement of results within the set deadlines and goal orientation
• Attention to detail, precision, and proactivity
• Understanding of the rules and anticipation of their application on the practical side
• Autonomy and big picture thinker
• Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentisbetter
• Ability to work as a team in order to drive additional value and expertise #dreamteam
• Motivated, hungry and want to actively improve FBK quality and processes
• (Nice to have) Know-how/previous experience in the compliance field
• (Nice to have) Degree in engineering/computer science/law/economics/political sciences/languages
