Senior Finance Manager, EMEA – Consolidation Specialist
Location: Siziano, Italy.
Are you a finance professional with proven expertise in consolidations and IFRS reporting?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of our annual and quarterly consolidated accounts for Colo companies, driving accuracy, compliance, and process improvement across our EMEA operations. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our financial governance, requiring a strong technical background in consolidation accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual and quarterly consolidated accounts process for all Colo companies.
- Ensure accurate IFRS conversion of both local and consolidated accounts, working closely with accounting firms.
- Oversee statutory annual financial statements for the holding company, ensuring compliance.
- Act as ERP consolidation configuration lead and Netsuite superuser.
- Support the Head of Accounting & Tax in developing and maintaining accounting policies and liaising with tax advisors.
- Conduct quality reviews of consolidated and statutory accounts, recommending improvements to ERP or reporting processes.
- Deliver ad-hoc finance projects as required.
About You
- Proven track record in financial consolidation – minimum 5 years’ experience in audit, controlling, or accounting with a strong consolidation focus.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Audit, or Accounting.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS reporting standards and accounting policies.
- Strong IT and advanced MS Excel skills; Netsuite experience highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
