Responsibilities
- Define and lead the group-wide construction strategy across multiple countries
- Establish standardized policies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistent delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop Heads of Construction, setting clear objectives and driving performance
- Oversee a portfolio of large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Monitor key milestones and proactively resolve risks, delays, and performance issues
- Drive cost control, value engineering, and efficient procurement strategies across all markets
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance
- Set and maintain technical standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects
- Act as a key stakeholder interface with executive leadership, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally across multiple countries.
- Proven track record in leading senior construction teams and managing complex portfolios.
- Strong experience with large‑scale commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or mixed‑use projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work within international, matrix organizations.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and procurement models.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on problem solving.
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Italian strongly preferred
- Additional European languages are an advantage
