CONSTRUCTION LOGISTIC & ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

The scope of work of the Employee will comprise, among other, of the following obligations and has following duties and responsibilities and the Employee will be assigned in one of our sites (in Italy or abroad):

- coordinating the organization of site logistics;

- assisting the arriving and departing personnel, including suppliers and licensors (all necessary actions regarding tickets, bookings, passports, visas and transport, accommodation);

- performing minor local purchases for site needs;

- ensuring management and coordination of vehicles and personnel transport systems;

- preparing personnel time sheet cards and sending the personnel time sheet carts to the head office;

- managing medical visit schedules for the purpose of obtaining the fit for work approvals;

- assisting employees in communicating with health facilities (if necessary);

- coordination with the HSE Department delivery of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to the new personnel;

- acting as a reference point in case of emergency for employees even after working hours (if necessary);

- performing all other activities required to ensure that the logistic activities are undertaken.
