Overview

Project: PROGETTO DI SVILUPPO TERRITORIALE . Area: Provincia di Brescia . The role focuses on commercial development and consulting for beauty centers, providing educational support and representing company values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to build a portfolio of at least 150 active clients.
• Provide educational and training support to clients and beauty centers, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
• Plan, program, and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, demonstrating strong communication and relational skills.
• Adapt to continuous innovations and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the business development team to achieve collective objectives.

• Experience in a commercial role.
• Attitude toward both personal and client training.
• Strong planning and programming skills.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity and openness.
• Excellent communication and relational skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Independent contractor (P.IVA, monomandatario).
• Projected annual earnings of at least €80,000 during the client‑portfolio building phase.
• Company support for portfolio development through a planned development plan, including financial backing.
