BUSINESS CONSULTANT

The selected candidate will be assigned to the consulting department.

Liability

• Specialized supply chain and logistics consulting: providing second-level application consulting to solve problems and optimize the client’s business processes through the use of ERP software.
• Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requests to understand their needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
• Incident Management: Take charge of and manage reports of software issues, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
• Functional testing: Perform thorough testing to validate the developed solutions and ensure that they meet the client’s requirements.
• Documentation Preparation: Write clear and detailed technical documents that describe the analyses performed and the proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent qualifications and/or knowledge of key business processes (accounting and administrative processes in particular)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Online Customer Management Capabilities
• Ability to work in a team

Type of Offer

• Level: B1, National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry
• RAL: 35K–40K
