This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a guaranteed minimum day rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing clients and referring them through our network.
• Our team handles client contracts and billing.
• Acting as a consultant on client projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Creating an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals.
• Receiving a share of our daily billing based on your referrals.

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
• The ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and expand within our network.
• Good grammar and a professional telephone manner.
