Job Description
We are seeking a Regulatory Business Partner to support the growth and delivery of consulting services within our Regulatory Consulting business unit for Life Sciences clients.
This role acts as a bridge between regulatory strategy and execution, combining business development, project leadership, and deep regulatory expertise to deliver high‑value consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of the Regulatory Consulting business unit strategy
- Drive business development and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead regulatory consulting projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
- Analyse client regulatory processes and define compliant strategies
- Provide guidance on global regulatory requirements and submissions
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support implementation and issue resolution
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development
Required Profile:
- 8–10 years of experience in Life Sciences, ideally in regulatory affairs, consulting, CROs, or pharma/biotech environments
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and business development
- Strong expertise in global regulatory frameworks (EMA, FDA, ICH, and other regional requirements)
- Hands‑on experience in regulatory strategy, submissions (eCTD), lifecycle management, and health authority interactions
- Knowledge of GxP requirements and their impact on regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders
- Experience coordinating teams or project resources
- Degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
