Consulting Regulatory Business Partner

Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Business Partner to support the growth and delivery of consulting services within our Regulatory Consulting business unit for Life Sciences clients.

This role acts as a bridge between regulatory strategy and execution, combining business development, project leadership, and deep regulatory expertise to deliver high‑value consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of the Regulatory Consulting business unit strategy
• Drive business development and identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead regulatory consulting projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
• Analyse client regulatory processes and define compliant strategies
• Provide guidance on global regulatory requirements and submissions
• Deliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support implementation and issue resolution
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development

Required Profile:

• 8–10 years of experience in Life Sciences, ideally in regulatory affairs, consulting, CROs, or pharma/biotech environments
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and business development
• Strong expertise in global regulatory frameworks (EMA, FDA, ICH, and other regional requirements)
• Hands‑on experience in regulatory strategy, submissions (eCTD), lifecycle management, and health authority interactions
• Knowledge of GxP requirements and their impact on regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders
• Experience coordinating teams or project resources
• Degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
