This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and delivering impactful solutions across complex business and IT ecosystems.
You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, engage with C-suite executives, and position strategic change agendas within major accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving profitable growth by achieving revenue targets, managing margins, and converting business opportunities.
You will lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
Operational excellence is critical, as you will design and oversee complex engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and team utilization.
This role demands expertise in the Financial Services sector, particularly with Italian banks, insurers, and financial operators. A deep understanding of industry trends such as cloud transformation, cybersecurity, data & AI, and legacy modernization is essential.
