Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Consumer & Market Insights Intern to join our Global Marketing team.

Reporting to the Global Consumer & Market Insights Manager, you will support the development of market and consumer knowledge across key geographies, contributing to strategic projects and business decisions.

This internship is designed as a growth opportunity, with the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion and mutual satisfaction.


In particular you will:


  • Monitor market performance and competitive landscape
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data (both regularly and on-demand)
  • Translate data into meaningful insights to support decision-making
  • Track key competitors’ initiatives and product launches
  • Identify and share relevant trends in the beauty and personal care industry
  • Support teams by translating consumer and market signals into actionable recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, CRM, local Market teams, and external partners to bring actionable insights to the business.


What you will need to succeed

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience (even short-term) in similar roles (e.g. Business Intelligence, Market Research)
  • Basic knowledge of market research methodologies and tools is nice to have
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research projects is a plus
