In this role, you will lead omnichannel paid media campaigns to advance PayPal’s mission with a focus on FR, IT, and ES markets. You’ll optimize through data, testing, and scalable processes, shaping growth across the paid media funnel. Responsabilità

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience across the funnel
• Experience running media campaigns in FR, IT, ES markets
• In-depth knowledge of paid media channels
• Experience with linear TV, OOH, Audio, and other traditional media plus performance marketing
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Experience managing an agency team and working with external partners
• 4+ years cross-functional collaboration with analytics/martech teamsBachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Autonomous, proactive, and fast-paced work style
• Understanding of financial services/fintech/payments ecosystem (plus)
